Pumpkin Soup

1 kg pumpkin
1-2 potatoes
2 apples
1 onion
1 tbs honig
1 l chicken broth
50 g butter
1 orange
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
cream to taste

Preheat oven to 200 °C  and bake the sliced pumpkin for 40 minutes.
In a saucepan melt butter, add olive oil and the chopped onion. Fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the honig and allow it to cook until it begins to turn brown.
Put  apple slices to the pan with onion and saute 3 more minutes. Add chicken broth, potatoes and cook untill the potatoes are tender. Add the slices of baked pumpkin, and with the hand  blender mash all ingredients together. Season with salt, freshly grated nutmeg, pepper and orange juice. Serve with roasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil on top.
